May 2008
Bruce and
Teresa had quite the adventure in May 2008. We started out
in Portland, Maine and ended our adventure in Baldwinsville, New
York. We will provide a chronicle of our visit to Maine,
Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York over the next few weeks.
May 8, 2008 - Portland, Maine -
Day 1
After many years, we were able to place a
monument at the resting place of Bruce's dear mother, Marjorie
Maxine Yorke Downer. It was a very emotional day and Bruce's
sisters, Donna and Tessa (along with their children and
grandchildren) were all there to celebrate Marjorie and remember
her in such a lovely way.
